To defeat Skylax the Fair in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, locate the Xerxes Military Fort, mislabeled as Lokris Fort on the map. This Level 17-14 vulnerable group includes Skylax the Fair, who hides in plain sight on the island of Euboea.
Skylax the Fair is a member of the Cult of Kosmos. He is the first cultist you will encounter in the game.
